Katlin Sisler, LPC

I’m so glad you are here. Whether you are here to seek support for you or your teenager, I want you to recognize that even scrolling through the internet for a therapist is a necessary step in the process towards change. My passion is working with adolescents and adults to facilitate the changes that they desire in their life. New Season Counseling was birthed from the idea that we don’t have to remain stuck in unhealthy patterns and seasons that don’t bear the fruit that we ultimately desire, but to recognize that all seasons are purposeful.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficult relationships, or self-destructive behaviors, I’d be happy to join you on your journey to becoming healthier.
Clients say that they appreciate my responsiveness, creativity, authenticity and attunement to their needs. My clinical approach includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Expressive Therapies and incorporating biblical principles, if you desire.

My goal as a therapist is to support you in seeking the truth of who you are, no matter what your past has convinced you. I would love to partner with you to provide you practical skills and tools, and to give you a space where you learn that both hope and despair can coexist at the same exact time.

I graduated from East Carolina University and received my Master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2014 and established New Season Counseling & Consulting in 2016.
